At Leil, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, please carefully review our exchange policy below:
1. Exchange Request Deadline: Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please complete the exchange request form on our website. Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the process.
3. Size Exchanges Only: We offer size exchanges only. We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, color preference, or fit beyond the size exchange.
4. Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
5. Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, undamaged, free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any other marks. Items must have their tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
6. Courier Policy: You cannot try on the item while the courier is outside. Please ensure the item remains in its original condition for the return process.
7. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping fee of 70 LE, which will be processed through our designated shipping company.
8. Return Shipping: Once your exchange request is approved, we will send a courier to collect the returned item and deliver the exchanged item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and in its original condition for pickup.
