1. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

- You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order using our Exchange & Return Form on the website.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
- You can exchange your item for a different size or a different product of the same value or pay the difference if higher.

- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

2. FEES AND REFUNDS
- A small 120 LE handling fee applies to exchange and return requests to cover courier service.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed via Instapay or wallet transfer once we receive and inspect your item (within 5–7 business days).
- If you prefer, you can opt for store credit to use on your next order instead of a refund.

- If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
