Exchange & Return Policy

At Leil, your satisfaction matters most. We want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return.

PLEASE NOTE: PACKAGES CAN’T BE OPENED WHILE THE COURIER IS WAITING — BUT DON’T WORRY, YOU CAN EASILY REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER THROUGH OUR SIMPLE ONLINE PROCESS.


1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

• You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order using our Exchange & Return Form on the website.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
• You can exchange your item for a different size or a different product of the same value (or pay the difference if higher).
• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.


2. Fees & Refunds

• A small 100 LE handling fee applies to exchange and return requests to cover courier service.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via Instapay or wallet transfer once we receive and inspect your item (within 5–7 business days).
• If you prefer, you can opt for store credit to use on your next order instead of a refund.


3. Additional Notes

• If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
• Our team is always happy to help and will do our best to make the process smooth and fair.
