Exchange & Return Policy
At Leil, we value customer satisfaction and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before making a request.
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return
• All exchange and return requests must be submitted through the Exchange & Return Form on our website within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
• Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size. Requests for color changes or exchanges for a different product will not be accepted.
• Items must be in perfect, unused condition, meaning:
• No damage, wear, tear, stains, or odors.
• Must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags and protective covers).
• Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Fees & Refunds
• A 120 LE fee applies to all exchanges and returns, which must be paid by the customer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
• Once approved, refunds will be issued via Instapay within 5-7 business days.
3. Additional Notes
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• If an incorrect or defective item is received, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order for assistance.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet our policy requirements.
