How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days in Cairo and Giza
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days in Cairo and Giza

Can I try on the items while the courier is outside?
Unfortunately, you can’t.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do, but in Cairo and Giza only.

Shipping fees:
Cairo/Giza: 60 LE
Alexandria: 85 LE
Suez, Ismailia, and Portsaid: 100 LE
Delta Cities: 150 LE
Central Egypt: 150 LE
Qena, Luxor, Aswan, the Red Sea Region, Sinai, the North Coast, and Marsa Matrouh: 150 LE

Care Instructions for Leather:
If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not wash in the washing machine.
Do not bleach.
Do not soak.
Do not rub.
Do not iron.
Dry cleaning is not recommended.

Can I try on items before buying?
Unfortunately, you can't try on items before buying since they're only made by order. Our studio is a pickup station only. You have to come with your order confirmation email or order number. For exchanges, you can ship the items back to the studio or pickup the exchanged item yourself in 5-7 business days (for more info, please make sure to read our exchange policy).

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Are the tops padded?

None of our tops are padded. However, we recommend using paddings from any swimsuit you have. You can tighten the top from the bust area as much as you like due to the adjustable back design and it'll provide support.

What is "Double Layered Fabric"?

Double layered means that our items were hand made using two layers of fabric. We do this because it allows a seamless finish from both inside and out, creating a high-quality garment.
This technique creates a heavy weight to the fabric. This weight creates a figure supportive fit. It also acts as a lining, which prevents the items from being see-through.
