How long does shipping take?
Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days
Other governorates: 4-5 business days
Can I try on my order while the courier waits?
No. Couriers are not permitted to wait for try-ons. You can try items at home, and if something doesn’t work, you may request an exchange or refund according to our policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Just send us a DM on Instagram and we’ll assist you right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return & exchange policy?
You can request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order using the Exchange & Returns Form on our website.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges must be for an item of equal or higher value.
If the new item is higher priced, you can simply pay the difference.
When do I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What if I received a wrong or defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.

• Hand wash gently in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Do not wring, bleach, or tumble dry
• Lay flat to dry and store folded, not hung, to maintain shape
Will sold-out items restock?
