How long does shipping take?
Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days
Other governorates: 4-5 business days
Can I try on my order while the courier waits?
Couriers can't wait while you try items on, but you're welcome to open and check your order before accepting it. If you'd like a refund, it has to be done at the door while the courier is still with you. If a size doesn't work after the courier leaves, you can request an exchange within 3 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Just send us a DM on Instagram and we’ll assist you right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return & exchange policy?
Refunds are only available at the door, while the courier is still with you. Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order using our Exchange & Return Form. Sale items can be exchanged too.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
You can exchange for a different size or a product of the same value. If the new item costs more, you just pay the difference.
A 120 LE handling fee applies to each exchange.

When do I receive my refund?
Refunds happen at the door. If you're paying cash on delivery, you simply don't pay for the items you hand back. If you paid by Visa, your refund is processed within 7 working days after the items reach us.
What if I received a wrong or defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

How do I care for delicate fabrics like knitwear or wool?
• Hand wash gently in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Do not wring, bleach, or tumble dry
• Lay flat to dry and store folded, not hung, to maintain shape
Will sold-out items restock?
Not always. Tap "Join Waitlist" on the product page to get an email if it comes back, and follow our Instagram stories for restock announcements.
